Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Pack for Transport
Ensure the trampoline or accessory is securely packed in its original, unopened packaging with all components and manuals included to avoid damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Due to the size and weight of our products, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup or provide a shipping label for smaller accessories.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
